    Service design and interaction design lead on the National Law Enforcement Data Programme (NLEDP) ‘Property’ service within Police and Public Protection Technology (PPPT). Replacing a critical mainframe system originally deployed in 1978 to support law enforcement.

    Evaluation of previous Discovery, followed by additional Discovery activities. Successful completion of Alpha phase, into Private Beta where the service is being trialled with select Police forces across England, before being rolled out nationwide later in 2022.
